2. Placing an Order

When placing an order, please ensure that all information provided is accurate, including names, spelling, photographs, wording, sizes, colours and design choices.

Many of our products are personalised using the details supplied by customers.

Please double-check all personalisation information before completing checkout.

Once an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.

We reserve the right to contact customers for clarification where necessary.

3. Personalised Products

Personalised products are created using the information and design options selected when ordering.

Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the personalisation details they provide.

If we produce an item incorrectly compared with the agreed order details, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Genuinely personalised or bespoke products are generally exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right, but your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

4. Production and Turnaround Times

Our standard production turnaround is up to 14 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Many in-stock products are completed sooner, often within a week.

Production times may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

Delivery time is additional to the production turnaround.

Collection orders must not be collected until confirmation has been received that they are ready.

Any agreed delivery deadlines and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

We aim to ensure all prices and product information are accurate.

If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options.

We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

6. Product Images and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

As many items are handmade or personalised, slight variations may occur in positioning, finish or appearance.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

These variations do not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

7. Customer-Supplied Images and Designs

Where customers supply photographs, wording or artwork for personalisation, they confirm that they have the necessary permission or rights to provide those materials for the requested use.

We may contact customers if a submitted image is unsuitable for printing or production.

We may decline requests involving material that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

Customer photographs and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Delivery and Collection

Available delivery options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are separate from production times.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate and fulfil our obligations under applicable consumer law.

For collection orders, please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation and return eligibility depends on the product and applicable consumer law.

Standard non-personalised goods generally qualify for the statutory 14-day cancellation period when purchased online, unless an exemption applies.

Genuinely personalised or bespoke products are generally exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products remain covered by your statutory consumer rights.

The website contains product photographs, descriptions, branding and other content belonging to JJ's Custom Creations or used with permission.

Please do not reproduce our original content for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by law.
